Advisory work. The scope, responsibilities, confidentiality and commercial terms of any engagement are agreed directly before work begins. Where those agreed terms differ from this website, the agreed engagement terms govern the work.
Confidentiality. Magnus does not share a club's internal methods, problems or decisions with another organisation. Experience across different environments informs his judgement; confidential information stays with the organisation it came from.
