If you contact Magnus through this website, your details are used to read and respond to your message and, where relevant, discuss a possible engagement.

What is collected. Depending on the form you use, this may include your name, email address, club or role, your message, and any other information you choose to provide.
Why it is used. Personal data is used to respond to your inquiry, continue a conversation you requested and, if appropriate, take steps toward or administer an agreed engagement. Depending on the context, the lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract or Magnus's legitimate interest in responding to professional inquiries and operating the advisory business.
Service providers. Website forms are transmitted using FormSubmit before being delivered by email. FormSubmit states that form submissions are retained in its submission archive for 30 days. Email and hosting providers may also process information as needed to provide their services. If you prefer not to use the website form, you can contact Magnus directly by email.
How long it is kept. Website inquiries that do not become an engagement are normally deleted within 12 months of the last meaningful contact. If an inquiry develops into an engagement, relevant correspondence and information may be kept longer where necessary to administer the work or meet legal, accounting or contractual obligations.
No marketing list. Website inquiries are not added to a mailing list unless you separately and explicitly ask to receive something.
Your rights. Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability where applicable. You can exercise those rights by emailing Magnus. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
