Who is responsible. Magnus Ågren, trading as BodyTech, Sthlm (sole trader), with the contact details at the foot of this page. For anything about your data, email me.

What is collected. Depending on how you contact me: your name, email address, club or organization and role, your message, and anything else you choose to include. If you send your team read, its scores and summary come with it.

What is not collected. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or behavioral tracking. Like any website, the company that hosts it processes basic technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the pages; I do not use that information for advertising or profiling. The team read works entirely in your browser; nothing is stored or sent unless you choose to send it.

Why it is used. To answer your inquiry, continue a conversation you asked for and, if it comes to that, prepare or run an agreed engagement. I normally process professional inquiries on the basis of my legitimate interest in answering them and running my business. Where you personally ask me to take steps toward a contract with you, the processing may instead be necessary for those steps.

Service providers. The forms are sent through FormSubmit, which delivers them to my email (Gmail, provided by Google). FormSubmit keeps submissions in its archive for 30 days. These providers, and the company that hosts this website, process data only as needed to provide their service, and may do so outside the European Economic Area. If you prefer not to use a form, email me or write on WhatsApp instead.

How long it is kept. Inquiries that do not lead to working together are normally deleted within 12 months of the last real contact. If an inquiry becomes an engagement, the relevant correspondence may be kept longer where needed to run the work or meet legal, accounting or contractual obligations.

No mailing list. Your inquiry is not added to any mailing list unless you separately ask to receive something.

Book notice. If you ask to hear when the complete manual is out, I use your email address for that one message, sent so that no recipient sees another’s address, and then delete it from my own records. The basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing me.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and, where it applies, to receive it in a portable form. Email me to do any of this. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
